Background: The Vietnamese software industry is growing rapidly but is faced with a number of issues that demand increased efforts on behalf of its business membership organisation, VINASA.
Assignment: The Danish Embassy, Hanoi / Danida has contracted DIBD to carry out a three year project to build the overall capacity of the Vietnamese software business membership organisation, VINASA. The project is being carried out with a focus on four pillars:
- Creating an overall strategy for VINASA as an organisation
- Enhancing the policy dialogue that VINASA has with its stakeholders
- Designing new business services for VINASA’s members
- Building the general capacity of the VINASA staff
DIBD brings expert knowledge of policy and strategy development, training staff and designing business services. Furthermore, DIBD employs consultants from DI’s IT sector organisation, ITEK, to ensure the technical foundation of the project.
