For whom?
OMIR is primarily directed towards SMEs, which need local representation to develop their activities in Russia, or to explore the potential in the Russian market in a competent and cost-effective way.
Proces
The OMIR concept will assist your company with recruitment, housing, development, and mentoring of your Russian employee.
The employee will work as your company's representative in the Russian market. At the same time, the Danish head of the OMIR office will keep your company up-do-date on your Russian employee's day-to-day performance, and thereby secure ongoing sparring and control of your activities in Russia.
Terms
Your company and the OMIR office will together prepare a thorough profile on your coming employee and carry through the recruitment.
OMIR is not thought to be a permanent solution for Danish companies in the Russian market. It is, however, a solution which gives your company an opportunity to uncover the possibilities in the Russian market at a reasonable price and with little risk.
Having had your “Own Man In Russia” for a period of 8-18 months (depending on the needs of the individual company), your company should have gained sufficient experience to be able to make a decision on whether to establish own office, production, or apply other ways of representation in Russia. Your company will always have the possibility to terminate the co-operation with the OMIR office at a three months notice.
