The OMII concept will assist your company with recruitment, accommodation, and supervision of your Indian employee.
The Indian employee will work as your company's representative in India in the preliminary phase, until your company is ready to get its own company registration. At the same time, the Danish head of the OMII office will make regular reports to your company, and in that way ensure ongoing sparring and control of your activities in India.
Together with you, the OMII office prepares a thorough profile of the coming employee and carries through the recruitment.
